What Shipping Methods Are Available?

We use all different methods.  For our large orders we will use freight.  Smaller quantities will go UPS or FEDEX ground. 

Do You Ship Internationally?

Yes, we ship internationally.  Many of our biggest customer are overseas.  We use USPS to ship abroad

How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?

You should have your products in 4-5 day after order.  Larger orders will obviously take longer.  Those larger orders will go freight.  When you order we will be able to give you time when we arrange freight


What Payment Methods Are Accepted?

We accept all major credit cards.  We accept personal checks, cashiers checks, and money orders.  We also accept cryptocurrency and bank wires.  Call us for details.

Is Buying On-Line Safe?

E-commerce is the back bone of our economy.  If you have any fears or questions please email us.  E-commerce is safe and convenient.  


How do I place an Order?

In order to place an order you will need to call and speak to a sales representative.  There are many details that will be worked out over time and when everything is in place you’ll be able to place your order with our sales representative.

How Can I Cancel Or Change My Order?

You can cancel or change an order before payment is made.  Once payment is made and order is in queue nothing can be altered or canceled. 

Do I need an account to place an order?

No.  You are our customer and an account after your first order.  We will do everything we can to maintain your account and make sure you are getting everything you need

How Do I Track My Order?

You will have a tracking number on anything sent UPS, USPS, or FedEx.  All freight comes with a tracking also.
